I... was really sad when Matt said "this is now gonna' be Overkill", because I was enjoying the stores, the jokes, and getting used to see Patt and his humor; I was also very confused that you told us in a past video that "we need more female public" but then do a very male format with a LOT of green that made me feel uncomfortable and couldn't feel that I should follow. That happened some months ago and I returned to see if Overkill was maaaaybe fun?? And was surprised with this video. Change is ok, but some of us, or actually I think a lot of us, were used to the format; I know it looks over-used, but you guys have a natural talent to make me laugh a lot!!! I love the transparency. I think as long as you remain transparent and involve the viewers, I/we/you/all of us will be okay. It's just like a family. Sometimes we disagree and need some time away from each other to calm down and figure things out. Sometimes we also need to let others have their space. Let Tanner take time to take care of things. The Dope or Nope family will be here when he's ready to return. Matt, you're an awesome CEO with an awesome team. Keep up the good work.

i think it is very commendable that you have taken the opportunity to apologize and explain everything. personally i love everything you guys put out in the universe! my personal favorite videos are when you two go to a store and shop...on this train of thought, perhaps try shopping at separate stores that are still similar (ie/ target and walmart) but have Pat put together a treasure hunt list...and then reveal your purchases. i think that would allow you to purchase things you would want but still being comedic....just a thought :) love you guys!!!

I think pat is right how Matt builds the channel around the community and the subscribers there is not many people like Matt that changes the whole channel for us and for other PLpostrs that just make vids and builds a community around only what they enjoy like if the content starts getting boring they don’t change but they lose those fans and only caring for themselves thank you Matt for being thoughtful 😁.

I use to love this show. After review Matthias closely, he is a narcissist and only cares about himself and his own well being. Look at the house and car he has compared to everyone else that works with him. Tanner for example, drives a beater truck and lives in an apartment with another cast member while Matthias drive around in a Tesla while living in a huge house. I really don’t have a point to this comment but I see how he’s trying to stay up float and trying to stay relevant to his viewers. Just by watching his new material you can see how nobody wants to be there. It’s just so discomforting to watch this show now. This is obviously a dying channel and Matthias knows it. Also, I don’t know why I’m writing this, I never reply to comments on videos. I’m drunk. Night guys.

I stopped watching after it had been changed to the sofa set up.. I hated it and never understood why this changed occurred when it was going so good. Never watched after that. I never even knew you had then gone back to the old format until now. Now you gone back to sofas again I see which so really don’t like. I just liked the Matthias the simplicity

Personally I really like the overkill underkill dynamic! Tanners idea of having the overkill underkill channels “fight” with pranks and stuff would be really entertaining. I did however start watching this channel for the product reviews and list type videos because y’all are really funny with those and I like the vibes on the old set and way of doing things.
